Its official (Parliamentary) report about Ganga Action Plan submitted in 2004.It is based on report submitted by Comptroller and Audictor general of India in 2000. Public accounts committee have given recomndations and critical feedbacks to Institutions responsible for facilitation of Ganga Action Plan ( GAP). A very scientific report with lots of facts , figures and ground realities of this Plan.
